This healthy tuna patty recipe uses with just a few simple ingredients: albacore wild tuna, gluten-free breadcrumbs, an egg, garlic powder, and onion powder. The tuna patty is baked, not fried, making it a healthier option than traditional tuna patties that are deep fried. Because there's no cheese, it's also dairy-free.
Once the patties are cooked, add them to a gluten free bun and top them with your favorite toppings. I like to use avocado, grilled pineapple, arugula and gluten free korean bbq sauce!

Preheat the oven to 400.
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, gluten free breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well until everything is combined.
Form the mixture into 2 tuna burgers.
Bake the burgers for 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve on a gluten free bun with arugula, grilled pineapple, mashed avocado and gluten free korean bbq sauce.
